Goldhill Mansion

Goldhill Mansion comprised 42 units of apartments and was sold at the price of $50.1 million.

Phang & Co acted for the en bloc owners.

The en bloc sale was unique in that the developer bought not only Goldhill Mansion, but also Jervois Court and two other adjoining plots, as well as the public road which was located between Goldhill Mansion and Jervois Court.

The co-ordination of the purchase of all five pieces of land posed a challenging task which was undertaken and completed smoothly.
