Eng Kong Green

Phang & Co acted for the en bloc owners.

In 1994, the 64 owners of an old condominium agreed to redevelop their site. They arranged with a developer to pay for all the costs of the redevelopment. In return, they transferred the excess land to the developer.

Each of the owners obtained a flat in the new Eng Kong Green.

The developer built 10 semi-detached houses on the excess land.
